Flock of robins speak of Spring…

We are spirits That bodies should be lent to us while they afford us pleasure, assist us in acquiring knowledge, or in doing good to our fellow creatures – is a kind and benevolent act of God When they become unfit for these purposes, and afford us pain instead of pleasure, instead of an aid become an encumbrance and answer none of these intentions for which they were given – it is equally kind and benevolent that a way is provided by which we get rid of them, Death is that way. – Ben Franklin

Another rescued sparrow…

While I was on the phone, heard something slam into the glass sliding door. I look out and see this bird in a crumpled heap on the ground. It looked lifeless. I picked it up and gave it reiki or prana (as I call it) and prayed it would be ok. Then placed it upright on this paper towel. It stood there frozen for what seemed the longest time as shown in photo, and then it flew away….

So that’s my good news…

I received a letter from The funding foundation, and they gave me another grant covering all of 2022 for the Rx that costs $15,000/month with a $3000/month co-pay. That’s $36,000 a year that insurance company does not pickup but my co-pay will be ZERO with grant. So that’s my good news. I am doing fairly well under this treatment and in a holding pattern for now. However, I have pretty much lost all desire to write or photograph much of anything. So, I don’t know if that will change or just where I am now with my diagnosis. Anyway, you may see some posts from time to time but not on a regular basis.
I hope you all have a good New Year and we come to an end of pandemic by April…
